Refund/ Return Policy

Shipping Delays
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days within the U.S. If there is a delay, we will promptly notify you via email. Should your order not ship after 5 days, please contact us.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 3 business days at indulgeaccessories@yahoo.com. Please include your order number, a photo of the item, and description. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Please note: Some styles may be discontinued and unavailable for repurchase. In such cases, you can choose an alternative item of equal value.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged, missing stones, or defective in any way while still in its original packaging.
  2. Wrong Item Sent – If the item received does not match your order, including incorrect color or style.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 3 business days after notification, please contact us with your order details, and we will respond within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue.

Unhappy with Your Purchase?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the item within 3 business days of receipt or opt for a full refund to your original payment method. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
